Commercial Banner Advertising will be conducted by direct email application only. All fees and sizes are displayed in our FAQs page. Once an advert application is received for approval, an Auction Date staff member will then send confirmation with relevant payment details before advertising begins. Auction Date require your business banner image to be supplied by you, in the size and format selected from our FAQs page
selection. All emails sent by you and received by Auction Date Global Search Facility to advertise commercial banner ads on your behalf, are taken as a legal binding contract between you the advertiser (our client) and the Auction Date.com web site. These to be paid in full, honoured, and represented as they are received and approved by Auction Date staff for advertising release.
PAYMENTS:
All advertising and registration is subject to applicable fees noted within each application to register. Upon Auction Date staff receiving any submitted registration to advertise, you the client will then receive an invoice of payment which is required from you (the client) for process and application service of all advertising applied to the AuctionDate.com web site. Once the client has submitted the advertising application and or registration, the Auction Date staff will
begin to authorise and approve all content provided, at this point, you the client are subject to all fees required for any submission received without refund.
REFUND POLICY:
All Auction Date Pty Ltd advertising and registration submissions are transmitted for process by online staff immediately. Under no circumstance, will a refund for any fees charged by Auction Date Pty Ltd be considered, applicable or refunded once the registration or advertising application is submitted by the applicant for approval.
CHANGES:
Auction Date reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms of Use in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in these Terms of Use will be effective when notice of such change is posted.
