What does it cost to advertise with Auction Date?
Following approved registration acceptance - All Auction Date listings are cost free for the first 12 months registration. Following the initial 12 month period, an annual service fee of $99 is applicable.
Auctioneer Service Advertising is void from any fee before and following the 12 moth registration period. (this is a continued free service)
Charges are applicable for each side page commercial banner advertising submissions, as follows.
Commercial advert prices are based on the advert size (in pixels), fees per month are:
- 160 x 40 = A$135
- 160 x 80 = A$165
- 160 x 160 = A$215
- 160 x 320 = A$255
- 160 x 480 = A$325
- 160 x 600 = A$395
Images should be sent as JPG or GIF formats

How do I pay?
All advertising and registration is subject to applicable fees noted within each application to register. Upon Auction Date staff receiving any submitted registration to advertise, you the client will then receive an invoice of payment which is required from you (the client) for process and application service of all advertising applied to the AuctionDate.com web site. Once the client has submitted the advertising application and or registration, the Auction Date staff will beigin to authorise and approve all content provided, at this point, you the client are subject to all fees required for any submission received without refund.

What does Auction Date offer, sell and or provide?
Auction Date Pty Ltd, is a classified advertising facility for all registered auction groups, licensed auctioneers, auction companies, auction traders etc {“our clients“} to advertise their commercial service then be made available for search by the general public … ie; auction dates, auction times, auction schedules, auction catalogues, auction locations etc. Then enable via its effective online advertising schedule, supply a superior search facility for the bidding general public and allowing specified searching for auctions relative to their requirements, auction locations, auction dates, catalogues, and auctioneer services etc.

Auction Date Pty Ltd a business advertising search facility, sells classified advertising only to legally registered auction companies, businesses, traders, and licensed auctioneers. No material product or shipping is offered for sale by or from the Auction Date company, we sell advertising space only.

By what currency does Auction Date charge all transactions?
All fees (advertising or registration) will be charged by Australian currency (AU$) all fees presented are GST inclusive (10%)

What goods and services taxes are applicable to all Auction Date fees for any service offered?
Australian GST charges (10%) are inclusive of Auction Date registration and advertising fees applied and noted. It is the responsibility of the advertising company or that company's registered agent to meet all tax and relative government charges within the written tax laws of the advertising company's country, state, or place of origin « back-to-top »

When will our Auction Date advertising or commercial banner advertising be applied to the Auction Date search facility?
a) Auction Date advertising and relevent catalogues will be applied within 48 hours from the advertising company's registration approval time and application approval.
b) Auction Date commercial banner advertising will be applied once the advert content and dimensions has been approved and authorised by Auction Date staff.

What is your Refund/return policy?
All Auction Date Pty Ltd advertising and registration submissions are transmitted for process by online staff immediately. Under no circumstance, will a refund for any fees charged by Auction Date Pty Ltd be considered, applicable or refunded once the registration or advertising application is submitted by the applicant for approval

What will become of all company and or personal information collected by Auction Date Pty Ltd?
Auction Date client (company, business, personal) registration information will be securely stored until the end of the client registration period or upon request by the company's acting registered agent to cancel any registration period before the due expiration date. Under no circumstance for other reasons than the intended and agreed advertising purpose between the two parties, will the clients registration details or information be passed to a third party service.
